Hi, Iโ€™m Arik Marmorstein

My mission - Help Autistic Adults Make A Living From Home

Getting a job as an autistic adult is almost as hard as keeping it. I learned it by talking to autistic adults researching my sonโ€™s future challenges as an autistic (heโ€™s 5, but itโ€™s never too early, right?).

If you can mask your way through the interview process, having to continue masking while navigating workplace hierarchies and politics, dealing with sensory demands, and maintaining your basic needs can be a lot to juggle.

Autistic folks burn out at a much higher rate than their NT peers, and struggle to receive accommodation, which means itโ€™s often trickier for autistic people to find and keep a job.

Weโ€™d like to stop that cycle and help autistic people find sustainable careers. Especially remote (work from home) jobs.

Our tools and resources will help you find a good fit with a company or empower you to build your own business.
